Is what you eat affecting your health?Millions of people suffer from food intolerance. This type of delayed reaction to food (as opposed to acute allergy) is known to contribute to many chronic conditions and general unwellness. It is notoriously difficult to discover exactly which foods are to blame – but how do you discover whether food intolerance is problem in the first place, before you start on in-depth testing or restrictive diets? Good laboratory testing pinpoints quickly and accurately the problem food(s) for each individual from only a tiny pin-prick of blood. We offer two types of intolerance testing – a cheap and simple “are you or aren’t you?” test (green box), and three levels of in-depth testing (blue boxes). |
